Standard Carlos Silva motor thermistor monitor with built-in machine room temperature monitor. From factory, the unit is set at 40 degrees for machine room temperature but this can be increased to 60 degrees with a link between terminals 7 & 8. Unit is generally labelled as SM in the panel.
